Our Story
Furtherly started in 2024 when our founders experienced firsthand how broken the job search process was. Despite having strong skills and experience, they spent countless hours tailoring CVs and applying to positions that weren't quite right.
We built the tool we wished existed: something that handles the heavy lifting — finding roles that fit, tailoring CVs, getting cover letters drafted — so you can focus on preparing for interviews and making good decisions. Today, Furtherly helps thousands of job seekers find meaningful work with less stress.

When you upload your CV, we have a proper read through — picking up on your experience, your skills, and the kind of roles that suit you. Then we go and find them. We look across UK job boards, filter out the noise, and put together a shortlist worth your time.
